Another Month April is here.

Hi everyone out in blog land. Well another month down and April is here where is the year going. I have been doing a post a month so it is better than last year so here is hoping that i can aim for 2 posts a month. We are still fencing and the government is hoping to have some Cyclone clean up in this area soon. My DH can then get some relief with his elbow as all the chainsaw jarring has it swollen and very sore at night when he tries to sleep. We are still getting rain and this is the wettest year that i can remember in a long time. And the weather has changed and we have had to bring out the jumpers and i have been looking at starting a crochet rug but have to get to town to get one more ball of wool then i can start.

In the sewing world i have been making a bag but can not show you yet as it is for a swap on the craft forum. Can not wait to see what you all think. Have you been over and joined in on the craft forum i just love it and the ladies are just great. Here is the button to go and have a look.

Another place that i have joined is the Fat Quarter Swap and that is another place that i am having fun at l just love getting mail don't you. Here is what i have received from Alex in the March swap the color was blue i forgot to take a picture of what i sent to Alex.
This month April i sent off to Cathy and she received it so i can show you that as well. When i get my parcel from Cathy i will show you that as well.

While i am on the subject of Fat Quarters get on over to the Raggedy Station. Theresa has just opened up her new shop and it just looks great i would love to live near her as she would see me in there all the time. Anyway she is having a giveaway of the most beautiful black and white Fat Quarters and i would love to win this one. So head on over and have a drool like i have.
While you are over visiting Theresa have a look at the beautiful photo's of her shop. Would love to here from anyone that has been to visit and what you bought.

Well this is the longest post for a while and i have just loaded up some Christmas things that i made for family so i thought that i would show you. So keep watching and i shall be back on Sunday. Hope that you all have a great weekend.

Happy Sewing everyone.

Hi Narelle, good luck in the giveaway. Nice blue FQs. Hope DH gets some relief with his elbow soon. You make me jealous having it cold enough to crochet a rug! Good to see you posting.
